Yesterday was Mother's Day...

There’s a mother who prays (hard) so that his son will get well,

There’s a mother who takes care of her husband and hoping that her husband will recover,

And there's a mother who is worried about her brother's illness and condition.

The MOTHERs listed above are all related to me. They are my grandma, my aunty and my mother. We are praying hard that my uncle will recover and be able to have his normal life back.

Some update on what I did last Saturday...

My friends and I (5 of us) visited a friend who just gave birth to a lovely + cute + handsome baby boy. After she gave birth on February, this friend of ours had to go through all the berpantang things at her mother’s house before returned back to KL. This friend is the same friend whom we went to her wedding at Sarawak last year. And the baby was soooooooo adorable!!! We cant’ stop cuddling/kissing/ playing with him even when the mother was busy changing his diaper. (Go, Jijah!!! Aku support ko py environmental-friendly and washable pampers yg leh tahan 3 tahun tu, hehehe).

Umar behaved well during our visit. His mom pun mbe agak lega cz anak dia x buat hal or rimas dgn Aunty2 yg terlebih excited ni ;) There were plenty of hands yg more than willing nk dukung and jaga Umar. My greatest achievement with baby that young (baru 2bln, okaaaayyy) was to be able utk buat dia tido selama nearly half an hour without Umar merengek and what not, muahahaha.... Was it because he felt nice when I touched him & suaraku ini yang sgt soothing kt telinga dia? Or, was it because Umar tu dh sedia ngantuk & saya adalah sgt membosankan pd dia? Huhuhu.

Owhhh ya, we bought Umar a nice pair of jeans and shirt. We purposely chose bigger size so that Umar can wear it for Hari Raya. Silap2 xsempat tgg Raya, dh pakai dulu.

Mother is fine, so does Umar. Hopefully Umar will always be protected by Allah and may he bring joy and happiness and more rezeki to his proud parents. Iboh nakal2 heh, Umar :) To Jijah, semoga kami dtg lg tahun depan for Umar’s birthday and got another great news from you, hehehe... ada paham sik? :)

Trip to Bandung & Jkrt (Oct 2009) - Final

in the last entry, i said that i met s’one masa vacation kt Jakarta :) saya telah berjumpa dengan, jeng... jeng... jeng... classmet saya dr Form 1 (dia sll xigt yg dia la d 1 & only person yg kekal jd my classmet dr Form 1-5) & terus menjadi kwn saya kt uni (Main Campus) & telah berfamily & dok kat indon & masih lg keep in touch dgn saya smpi skrg. (bkn main pnjg explanation nk describe psl u, nor). when we met kt Jkrta, nor tgh pregnnt & sgt sihaaaaat, hehehe. Almaklum la, perut tgh ada 2org...prgnnt with twins!!! Wow!!! Sgt gumbira dpt jmp kwn yg dh agk lama xjmp. Iyolah, lps je degree, trus xjmp dh. Communication is done through e-mail & sms je. Maka, bila dpt jmp Nor on that day, sgt seronok!!!

Now the twins pn dh agk besar... dh 4months lbh. sila lihat gmbr di bwh, dua2 muka sama & therefore i couldnt differentiate yg mana 1 Syifa & yg mana 1 Hanna, huhuhu...:-

 

Continue with the vacation on d 4th day... as mentioned earlier, sudah pn di Jkrta on d 4th day of our trip. the weather was different from what we experienced kt Bandung. Bandung sejuk/dingin, kt Jakarta, adehhh... PANAS!!! Pakcik supir brought us to Tmn Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII). Ni ala2 cm Tmn Mini Malaysia, ada cnth2 rumah dr various state (diorg pggl state ke? Xbrp sure lk). Cntk!!! Tp kitrg xg semua rumah pn... g umah Bali, umah Minangkabau, umah Acheh & dua tiga umh len lg. Cuaca pns sgt, kami mmg xlarat. siap ada org yg muntah dlm kereta lg, apa kes?!!!

Then we went to Tugu Monas. Ni ala2 cm Tugu Negara kt Msia ni la. Mak aiiiihhh!!! lg pns dr TMII td, giller xtahan :( kitrg pn xlama kt area Tugu Monas ni. tgk2 kwsn, bergmbr sket2. nk bgmbr pn kna menyorok tepi2 tugu, cari port baiiiikkk punyaaaa. sggp tu, semata2 nk elak kna pns. lgpn saya dh start dgn flu, takut la makin teruk. sila tgk kt tgn saya yg pgg tuala kecik, ehehehe... bukti yg sesungguhnya mmg tgh kna flu.

Lpstu, Pak Madi bw g Msjd Istiqlal, msjd yg glamer kt Jkrt. kalo bulan puasa, fuhhhh... penuh la msjd ni. lg skali terkgm dgn msjd. xde aircond pn dlm msjd ni tp dingin & sejuk yg bes!!!

Kemudian, tlh bersama2 g Rumah Urut&Spa. whoaaaa!!! bes giller kna urut dgn kakak2 yg mmg terer mengurut. ilang lenguh2 kaki, skt2 bdn, lenguh2 lengan yg bw beg&brg bershopping yg byk tu, muahahaha. Kesimpulannye, lps kna urut, bdn rs fresh giller. tp standby la b4 kna urut tu... dihidangkan dgn air teh halia. erkkk... saya telan 1teguk je. Lps kna urut, trus g dinner. confirm2 la if blk bilik dulu kitrg xkn kuar lg dh (even utk g mkn pn) cz xlarat sgt :(

Hari terakhir kt Indon, smpt lg g Tnh Abang. lasssstttt bershopping dan telah pn membeli lg 1 luggage kt Tnh Abang ni *wink2* apa mkna nye tu? tu tndanye, xcukup beg nk simpan brg yg byk sgt beli kt Indon, muahaha. lps g Tnh Abang, g Mangga Dua lk. tp xbeli apa2 pn kt ctu. dh capek giller, duit pn nk kna dibajet utk lunch.

masa kt airport, ada menda menggelikan ati berlaku. ada sket gegaran gempa bumi terasa kt airport. hah?!!! GEMPA??!!! yessss!!! tp apakah yg kami tgh buat masa tu? jeng...jeng...jeng...

 

kami tgh sibuk bergmbr, muahaha.... bergmbr smpi xrs lgsg gegaran. lpstu br terperasan org kedai kt depan tu kalut2 cm nk lari tp xtau nk lari mana. br la masa tu kitrg tau yg sbnrnye diorg rs gempa....except d three of us *wink2*

All in all, we enjoyed our trip very much. wpn xberapa sihat when we reached Jkrt due to d extremely hot weather, tp kitrg tetap enjoy. hmmm... mana destinasi bcuti seterusnye?!! what i can say at d moment is - "tgk dulu la, xtentu lg bila nk berjln2 lg". See ya!!!

Trip to Bandung & Jkrta (Oct. 2009) - 2nd

Continue from the previous post about my trip to Bandung and Jakarta last year...

The 3rd day...
We spent half of the 3rd day at Bandung and another half at Jakarta. After we checked out from our hotel at Bandung, Pak Madi drove us to Jakarta. OTW, we stopped at an area called Kota Bunga. such a beauuuuutifuuulll place, just like Cameron Highland :)

Stopped for lunch at the area called Puncak (Megi tetap ada sbgi salah satu mknan yg dihidang). Then off to a mosque (Msjd at-Ta'awun) for our prayer. *msjd pn sgt cntk, semyg pn sejuuuuukkk je, hehehe...*

Continued our journey to Taman Haiwan a.k.a ZOO :) once in a lifetime experience...can see the animals face-to-face. we even feed the animals with carrots and other vegetables that we bought on our way to this Taman.

Kami yg buat2 berani bergmbr dpn gajah... "ada yg kna libas dgn belalai ni krg"...

Tgh2 bergembira pusing2 kuar masuk tmpt2 menarik dlm Zoo ni, ujan lbt la pulak. Kami ni pelancong, mana la bw payung. tpksa gk le meredah ujan sekali-sekala. masuk keta, dh le ada aircond. Maka, saya ni pn mula la asyik bersin2. aiseeehhh, spoil my vacation :(

By the time we arrived Jakarta, it's time for dinner. We did not hv enuf energy to go out and hv dinner. Thus, checked in at the hotel and had dinner at the cafeteria. Mlm itu, saya berjmp dgn seseorang *wink...wink*...will tell u further in the next blow. till then, chiaooo!!!

Trip to Bandung & Jkrta (Oct. 2009) - 1st

Though the vacation took place last year, i'm gonna share the excitement that we've experienced throughout our 5-days holiday at Bandung and Jakarta last year. It was my 2nd time to Bandung & my 1st time to Jakarta.

1) 1st day - Bandung
We had Nasi Lemak on the plane. Sampai je kt Jakarta's Bandara Soekarno Hatta, pak supir (Pak Madi) was already there and he stopped at the rest area along the highway for lunch (mknan Padang). Memandagkn perut kami ni dh diisi dgn n. lemak, makanye mkn lunch pn sket jelah.
Then, we went to the factory outlets available kt Bandung. Jln agak macet, so pakcik supir tu plan mana2 tmpt yg dia nk bw kitrg supaya x abiskn byk masa kt atas jlnraya je. yg plg bes, g Toko Tiga - tmpt jual jeans2 yg menarik. Dinner adalah lbh menarik dr lunch, whereby we had seafood *nyum...nyum...* dgr je Pak Madi ty "kalau dinner nnt kita mkn seafood, ok ke?", laju je kitorg jwb "OK" :)

2) 2nd day - still at Bandung
We went to Gng Tangkuban Parahu. It was my 2nd visit to this place, so I know what 2expect. Tmpt ni dh bertambah cantik, dh ada proper tapak jual souvenir2.
Pak supir kami hy tgg kt kereta. Met a lot of Malaysian there, tp diorg sdiri tgh sibuk beli souvenir. makanye, kitorg mntk tlg another guide yg kebetulannye bw a group of Malaysian to take our picture. nak mntk tlg org sembarangan, uhuhuhu, sgt xberani.

Lunch at Restoran Simpang Raya. mak aiiiihhhh!!! rmi btul pakcik2 & makcik2 dr Malaysia wt rombongan&mkn at d same restaurant.masa tumpang nk smyg kt surau kt restoran tu, smpt la borak2 dgn makcik2 tu, hehehe... "owh, makcik ni org Johor rupanye" *wink2*

Pak Madi bw kitrg pusing2 area kampung2, tgk rumah2 org kt sana on our way to another places. so, x la kitorg tgk highway je, merasa gk tgk kwsn pedalaman2 ni. best!!! seronok!!! cm kagum dgn their lifestyle & rs bersyukur skjp, huhuhu...tu yg dpt capture d above picture...that was taken when we were somewhere kt atas kwsn bukit2 sket.

continued our journey to another factory outlet...membeli brg2 utk diri sdiri & yg kwn2 mntk tlg beli. before dinner, Pak Madi drove us to Rumah Mode. it's not like the other factory outlets. kwsn exterior dia mmg cntk... ada tmpt leh dok2, bergmbr2, and guess who took our picture kt kwsn Rumah Mode ni (see below)? :)

Dinner menarik gk... mkn makanan Sunda, mkn dlm pondok, dok bersila, ada sungai...CANTEKKKK!!! ujan rintik2 & masing2 dh kepenatan. so another seafood for dinner tu rs cm heaven giller, wakakakaka...

2009... and it's already 2010

It has been a year since the last time I wrote in this blog. Too many stories to share, but not much time to write (*sigh*) Check out the list below to read (only the summary, though) about things that had happened, places that I've visited and other stories as well.

1) Wedding... wedding...
My colleague (geng-sama2-buat-jht-masa-zmn-degree-dulu) got married in April. dan KAMI (KWN2 SETIA NI) beramai2 wt lawatan kt Sarawak to attend her wedding. sgt menarik...and sgt panas cuaca di sana. can't believe that I got sunburn on my left arm cz terdedah kt matahari WALAUPUN dok dlm kereta. Anyways... didoakan semoga Hajijah berbahagia with her husband & the new addition to the family (a cute baby whom I haven't met yet). Dear lil' boy, I JUST HAVEN'T MET YOU YET (*wink...wink...*)

2) Office... &H1NI
The office was closed for a few days kerana H1N1. By the time all of us were back in the office again, most commented "Hai...bosannye la dok kt umah, tak tau nk buat apa". Haaa... sll kalo nk cuti to settle apa2 hal, kna apply cuti, kn?!! bos yg kna approve cuti, kn?!! This time, DPT CUTI FREE... tp most of us xtau nk buat apa sepnjg cuti tu. hahaha... tidakkah agak pelik? :)

3) Office... &terbakar
Kebaboooommmm!!! waicehhh...sound effect bkn main hbt, hahaha. Mmg ada kebakaran, but it's not affecting the whole building. Agak kecoh when the firemen came to the building. & Syst Admin ni (poor me, huhuhu) agak kalut sket ... oh, nooooo... my BUKU ITAM!!! dgn pantas menyelamatkn MY BLACK BOOK a.k.a buku-yg-sgt-penting-utk-keja2-system ni. & akhirnya kuar la statement dr mulut ni:- "If apa2 jd kt building ni, the 1st thing i akan bw kuar&selamatkn is my BUKU ITAM"... ME & MY BUKU ITAM MMG XDPT DIPISAHKAN :)

4) Trip... &INDONESIA, saya dtg lg :)
Another trip to Indonesia with my frens (Ana & Yani). We went to Bandung and Jakarta. The whole trip took 5 days. SGT...SGT...SGT...SGT...SERONOK!!! (I'm gonna have to tell the story of this trip in another post).

5) Birthday... &STORYBOOKS
A few days before my birthday, I saw an advertisement in Sunday Star about book promo at MPH. my 1st thought - "I'm gonna get those no matter how koyak rabak my wallet will be", wakakaka. The promo stated that "buy 5 books from the books shown in this page and you'll get 20% discount". At the end, I bought 7 books (ada 1set in a box that have 3titles in it) dan tlh membyr lbh dr RM200. Never in my entire life have I bought books for more than RM100.00!!! Tapi, b'day present utk diri sdiri py pasal, I don't mind spending lbh dr RM200 :)

Rasanye, those are among the highlights of last year (2009). More stories in the next blog. Chiao!!!

lawatan ke skolah

in d previous blog, i promised utk citer sket psl skolah yg kitrg smpt lawat kt sabah aritu, kn. so, here it is...

to tell d truth, sgt kagum dgn my fren yg jd cekgu kt Sabah tu. seeing their environmnt masa mula2 smpi kt S. K. Bintasan, whoaaaa... cm agak terkejut sket. no offense ek... tp looking at my experience for 6years during primary school kat bandar, cm agak terkagum sbb npk pam air dpn kwsn skolah. menarikkk, hehehe...

ni kwsn dpn S.K. Bintasan. npk x bendera Sabah tu? hehehehe... kira ada bukti la yg kitrg g melawat skolah kt Sabah ni, xde tipu py :) masa ni dh kul7.30 cmtu, tp terang dia dh cm kul9 je kn. tiba2, npk la bdk2 laki kt skolah ni main bola b4 masuk klas....


adik2 ni mmg npk sronok giller kt skolah. pagi2 lg dh bersenam b4 masuk klas. masa ni bdk2 ni drjh 5. skrg ni dh drjh 6 la (ni kn dh 2009). dh nk UPSR la thn ni ye adik2 ;p

jgn terkejut ek... ni la jln utk masuk ke kwsn skolah ni. haaa... terkagum x?!! TAK?!!! how come?!!! dis is really a new experience. just imagine bila hari hujan, sure jln ni bertakung2 air. yg kagum tu, adik2 tetap g skolah (jln kaki lg tu!!!!) walau apa pn keadaan cuaca, huhuhu...






lastly, sape nk join mengira?! hehehe... one, two, three, four. pandai!!!! :)
