~ comfort food ~

agree? agree x? my friends & cousins yg dh kawen & dh ada anak would surely agree with this fact. i? blom lg la smpi thp ada maternal instinct tu, wife's inctinct pn blom lg (*blush*). okay, my point here adalah betapa mak i mcm tau2 je yg recently i'm craving for sup ayam. craving sorg2, smpn dlm ati, xbtau pn kt my mom. tp blk krja today, dgn lapar ya amat&ujan yg menjd fktr lbh kuat utk i lapar...tetiba ms nk mkn tgk2 ada sup ayammmm!!! wowwww!!! mcm kt heaven!!!
 
sup ayam adalah my comfort food, begitu juga sup ikan =) and my mom sll ty kt i, apalah yg sedap sgt dgn sup ayam/sup ikan. to her, tgk i mkn sup ayam/sup ikan mcm sedih sgt cz it's like food for org sakit. "plain sgt", that's what she alwiz said. but to me, nikmat gillerrrr!!! tak rs cm org sakit pun, hihihihi. & kalo dia prepare sup ayam/ikan for 5 hari straight pn i wouldn't mind. begitulah nkmtnye sup ayam (and ikan). but not applicable to sup tulang/daging ye. (*i'm cntrolling my red meat intake.)
 
disbbkn skrg ujan sll turun ptg2, by d time i reach home i dh mmg lapar sgt2. & harini py lapar sepjg hari adalah kronik. xphm dgn perut sndiri... pg dh breakfast donut 1ketul, kul11lbh dh lpr & mkn donut lg 1. lunch kul1.30 & i finished up 2 compartments of nasik from my bks nasi. sll mkn nasik one&a half part from the full 3-compartments. tp td dh kronik lpr, abis la 2 compartments. byk ok 2 compartments tu (*pd firasat i la, hehehe). tetiba ptg nk blk krja perut lpr lg. siap bunyi2, adoiiii!!! mmg xleh tlg. nsb baik de donut lg, mkn lg seketul. by d time smpi umh, lpr gk lg. lpstu npk sup pulak, oh nooooo!!!

i'm actually tgh mengawal nfsu nk mkn&mkn&mkn lg semata2 cz nk maintain bdn. tempoh dibagi utk mengawal adalah smpi sabtu ni je. lps sabtu ni kalo nk mkn beriye pn xde risau sgt. knp smpi sabtu ni je? itu kita citer dlm bab lain, bak kata Ustaz Don, hehehe. yg pntg, kaedah nk meng"psiko" diri sndiri supaya xmkn byk2 (cz npk sup yg pns cm sgt tempting) adalah dgn cara 1)ltk nasik dlm mgkk (jgn amik nasik byk sgt), 2)ltk kuah sup penuh2, 3)mkn pki teaspoon. sbb pe teaspoon? bila mkn pki teaspoon, kita dpt suap nasik siket je. so, kita kna suap byk2 kali. secara psikologinye, kalo suap byk kali sgt, tu tnda2 yg kita terltk nsk byk dlm mgkk. tp kalo mkn pki tablespoon biasa, kita suap 8sudu pn still rs cm br mkn sket. so, we tend to feed ourselves more dgn suap byk2 kali cz rs cm "lerrr... br 8sudu sbnrnye. siket la tu". pdhl, portion nsk&sup dlm tablespoon sure la lbh byk if nk compare dgn portion nsk dlm teaspoon. agree? hahahaha, byk le ko py psiko!!! =)
 
dah. i nk menikmati teh Oldtown White Coffee yg i br bancuh&stil pns tu. heeeiii...ujan2 ni, byk btul yg nk dinikmati... sup ayam la, Oldtown tea la... apa lg yg i nk nikmati lpsni? hmmm... nk menikmati tido, muahahaha. besok bw bekal sup ayam, yeah!!!
