You want to deliver your idea, or even simply want to convince people to listen (really listen) to you but have got problem to communicate with them? You think that they just don’t get what you were saying and you feel frustrated because of that? Then, I would recommend you to read this book - “They just don’t get it”. It’s a simple book to read, plus with the interesting illustration in it that makes the book looks more interesting. What’s important is its contents that highlighted these points:-
- You don't have to feel bad if people just don't get what you were saying. They just don't get it and that makes you do not get them as well.
- We sometimes end up saying the wrong things/delivering the wrong idea to others BUT we most of the time do not realize it.
- Do not simply push the ideas that are delivered by others. Keep an open mind.
- Do not force others to accept your idea (or whatever it is that you are saying).
Having mentioned the points above, I strongly recommend you to read this book BUT will not force you to accept my recommendation, hahahaha. But frankly, if you want to improve your communication skill, then this book has got points that you will not want to miss. Two thumbs up!!!
