~ healthy lifestyle program ~

it started with a phone converstn btwn my cousin&i:-

cousin: tau x ktne de gym kt bangi tu?
me: xtau sgt. tp lh la tlg2 tykn. knp?
cousin: xde la, igt cm nk g gym.
me: aikkk??? knp cm beriye nk cr gym? xkn makin comel berisi lps kawen ni?
cousin: bkn la sbb itu. nk jg kesihatan. kt hspital ni evryday tgk org muda2 lg dh sakit2. de yg diabetic, kna drh tinggi, skt jntg. so, xnk la jd cmtu.
me: wowww!!! menakutkn je bunyinye.
cousin: a'ah, sbb tu la nk cari gym, nk bersenam.

well, i've been wanting to join a gym for quite some time. tp alasan yg sll dlm kpale would be "kul brp nk g gym? blk kerja, smpi umh dh dkt kul8. dh pnt. dh xlarat. nk mkn lg. nk rehat. nk itu. nk ini. blablablabla". maka, angan2 nk g gym secara otomatis terkubur begitu shj T____T

every year, "amalan gaya hidup sihat" would be in d list of the new year's resolutions. thn ni tukar sket statement, "shed 3 kg" (don't ask brp berat i ms i list down d resolution cz i pn xtau, hahahaha).

berpandukan kpd keinginan kuat cousin i utk cari gym la, i dpt kesedaran diri utk amalkn gaya hidup sihat. this time for real punya (ecehcehceh). & hrp2nye xla separuh jln je. memndgkn ada gym kt ofis, FREE lk tu, apa la kata kita gnakn kemudahan yg dh tersedia utk jd lbh sihat. xyh nk lma pn, 20 minit for each session pn dh cukup.

so, sejak lasweek i g gym kt ofis. gym tu xbesar. ada 2 threadmill & 3 basikal & prkakasan len yg i xtau cmne nk guna. setakat ni br 4X la i bersenam & i akn pilih time2 yg odd so that i'll x bump into anyone else yg nk gna gym gk. 1st time, i bersenam start dkt2 kul4. 2nd time, msa org tgh break smyg jumaat. 3rd time, msa lunch hour. 4th, pagi2 (right aftr i smpi ofis). hasilnye??? berpeluh sakan & bdn rs segar. & oh ya, as a result of dh terrrrrrlalu lma xbersenam, free2 je dpt betis skt aftr my 1st gym session... a few days suffer nk turun tangga cz otot tlh dikerjakan, huhuhuhu.

tp i dh dinshtkn supaya cntinue gk bersenam wpn betis skt. if i want 2hv a rest, then 1day would be enuf. jgn rest lma2 sgt cz once bila start blk smula, nt skt blk betis. i folo nsht okeh. skt2 betis pn g gk 2nd time... lari kt threadmill & basikal. tabiat plg xleh tahan, sebok nk tgk brp byk kalori dh burn after say 20minit of running, ngehehehe (it seems like more calories are burnt when using the bicycle, as compared to running on threadmill). ada hari lk i sebok nk tgk brp distance i dh lari. lps gym session, mndi2, then masuk ofis blk. i won't take d session smpi setgh jam cz nk tgg bdn sejuk lg, then nk mndi & siap2 masuk ofis again. basically, bljr time management gk tuh.

skrg rsnye dh get used 2 d routine (wpn br 2nd week). betis no more tegang & dh x ssh nk turun tangga. now my pergelangan kaki jelah pulak yg lenguh2. but it's x as painful  as d pain i tahan lasweek cz betis tegang. skrg when any of my friends at work ty how much weight i've lost sejak g gym, i can just say that it's not about losing weight anymore. if i DO shed some kilos, i'm gonna think of it as a bonus. my main motivation now is to keep myself fit & melatih pernafasan =) i might just cancel off d original 2012's goal from shed 3 kg to

run 2km in 20minutes (semakin rajin i g gym, hrpnye semakin jauh distance i dpt cover in my 20minutes session).
